Is the free tier genuinely free — no catch?

Yes. The Free plan is fully functional with no trial period or credit card required. You get 1 sale catalog, up to 25 active items, and all core tools. We never delete your data or force an upgrade.

What is the difference between Premium and Business?

Premium is for individual serious sellers — estate sales, moving sales, and repeat movers who need up to 5 catalogs and up to 1,000 active items across their entire account. You can put all 1,000 items in one sale or spread them however you like. Business is for liquidators, organizations, and professional operations who need up to 50 catalogs, up to 5,000 active items account-wide, 20 photos per item, bulk inventory editing, advanced analytics, CSV export, and branding removal.

What is founding seller pricing?

For a limited time, new Premium subscribers pay $12.99/month for their first 3 months — then $24.99/month. Business subscribers pay $69/month for their first 3 months — then $99.99/month. These rates are locked in at checkout and shown clearly on every invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your paid period. No cancellation fees.

What happens to my sales if I downgrade?

Your existing sales and items are preserved. You won't be able to create new sales beyond the Free limit, but everything you've already built stays intact.

Do you charge per transaction?

Never. FlashListing is a catalog tool, not a marketplace. We don't take a cut of your sales. You handle transactions directly with buyers.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing is coming soon. Join Premium now and you'll be able to switch to annual when it's available.

How do item limits work? Is there a per-sale cap?

Item limits are account-wide, not per-sale. A Premium user with 1,000 items can put all of them in a single sale or spread them across multiple sales — it's your choice. The only rule is that the total across all your active sales cannot exceed your plan's limit (Free: 25, Premium: 1,000, Business: 5,000).

Why is there a photo limit?

Photo limits prevent storage and CDN abuse, keeping costs predictable and the platform fast for everyone. Free: 5 photos per item. Premium: 10. Business: 20. No plan offers unlimited photos.

Refund policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan changes. Exceptions may be granted case-by-case — for example, for verified accidental duplicate charges. To request a refund exception, contact support@flashlisting.io within 14 days of the charge. You can cancel any time to stop future billing.
