1

FlashListing Does Not Verify Transactions

FlashListing provides public sale catalog and inquiry tools. We do not verify every seller, buyer, item, item condition, ownership claim, price, pickup location, payment request, or transaction outcome.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating listings, asking questions, inspecting items, choosing whether to meet, selecting payment methods, and deciding whether to complete a purchase.

2

Inspect Before Paying

Review photos and descriptions carefully, ask clarifying questions, and inspect items in person before paying whenever possible. Do not assume item condition, authenticity, dimensions, safety, completeness, or legality based only on a listing.

3

Payment and Fraud Caution

Be cautious with wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency, unusual payment links, overpayment schemes, shipping requests, urgent pressure, off-platform impersonation, and offers that seem too good to be true.

FlashListing does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, guarantee refunds, guarantee delivery, or provide buyer protection.

4

Pickup and Meeting Safety

Use judgment when arranging pickup. Consider meeting in a public, well-lit location, bringing another person, telling someone where you are going, avoiding unnecessary sharing of personal information, and leaving if anything feels unsafe.

Reporting Concerns

Report suspicious listings, prohibited items, fraud attempts, or safety concerns through our Safety and Abuse Reporting process. Review prohibited categories in the Prohibited Items Policy.
